Amtex Scale has been a landmark for almost 30 years, here behind, what they use to call the "Motor Mile." We think that it has been here since the early seventies, but we are still arguing that. In 1986, we purchased Amtex Scale. We will be celebrating our 25th year in 2011.
We have watched some of our customers go from little businesses to strong enterprises. We are fortunate to be an integral part of the growth and success of our business community. We love our customers. Our customers make the best milk products, the best cupcakes, the best candy, the best bread, the best spicy pickles, the best home grown tomatoes, the best American cookies and the best supplements to help your digestion if you've eaten all this stuff.
Our highly experience scale technicians are registered and licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. Each technician attends annual safety classes to insure that Amtex Scale's staff stays safe and alert while we are on your property. Certification of insurance, weight traceability with certification reports and complete company documentation is available upon request.

We'd love to meet you and our sales and service representatives are ready to travel to your site to visit with you at your convenience. Most of the time we can do that at no charge, unless you are in a galaxy far, far away, like Star, Texas.
Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.(CST) - to 4:30 p.m. (CST). We can take your call at any time. So if you are in the neighborhood, drop by and see us. We are right behind the "Motor Mile" on what use to be the "S" Curve, next to the "blue" Weatherford Company and next to our friends at Josco Products.
